TWC Consulting saw the light of corporate existence as training subsidiary (Training With a Conscience) of MMM International, a Swiss consulting group. It turned into a management consultancy proper in 1990 through a management buy-out, relocating the practice from Geneva to New York, MMM having been absorbed into PA Consulting some years earlier. During the following years the practice developed slowly from four to ten people. In 1995 we moved to Minneapolis, MN, as the locations of our clients were more equally split between the East and West Coast. From 1996 to 2002 the firm grew exponentially to its current 30 consultants. In early 2005 we opened our first office outside the US in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and end 2008 our first office in Europe in the renowned city of Oxford in the United Kingdom, and early 2009 we crossed the border into Canada.

John R Heptonstall, since 1996 our Group CEO, lead the task of turning a well regarded training provider into the highly innovative and provocative management consulting practice TWC has come to be known for. Today, John along with his partners - Brian Forthyte, Caroline Ferrarra, and Karl
Koenig - and our well regarded team of highly competent consultants continues to a) think, and b) provide highly innovative and effective support to our clients .

To fulfill our part in the partnership with our clients we bring to the table substantial expertise and revolutionary thinking to support projects in Corporate Performance Management and Measurement, Organizational Transformation, Management Effectiveness (People, Structure), and Strategy
Dynamics as well as solid experience working globally with client companies in a wide variety of industries.

We have moved our Head Office from Minneapolis to Bellevue (WA) during February/March 2006, and will continue to build our South East Asian presence in Kuala Lumpur by substantially
increasing the number of our consultants actually based there.

With this strong base we will ensure that the successes of our clients will remain legendary.
