Whereas in the last four, the result criteria, the emphasis is on the result structure,
where every result should

- be measured over time (Time-chart) not just through indicators
- be relevant (what is measured should be applicable to the object)
- be traceable to an approach (not windfall)

➢ Every Result addressed should have complete measurements of all aspects under
this criterion.

The assessment of the Corporate Health Check consists of statements which you would
evaluate as
▪ being accurate and applicable = agree
▪ not supported = don’t agree
▪ insufficient knowledge = don’t know

for your organization in the light of the just mentioned (approach/result-structure).
